A Proud Lummi Tribal Member and Visionary Leader. With a BA in Business Management Public and Tribal Administration earned in June 2021, I bring a wealth of knowledge and dedication to the helm of Lummi TERO. Transitioning into the TERO Director role in November 2022, I have been an integral part of the TERO office since 2011, serving in various capacities. The deep-rooted commitment to tribal empowerment and extensive experience within the organization drive forward our mission of fostering economic development and workforce opportunities within the Lummi community.

Lisa Pantalia 

Lisa Pantalia is a proud member of the Lummi Nation and has served as the Lead Compliance Officer for the Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) since 2022. With over 20 years of experience in customer service at Silver Reef Casino, Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge in community relations and operational oversight to her role. Her dedication to fostering employment opportunities and ensuring compliance with tribal employment laws has made her a key figure in the TERO office. Lisa’s deep-rooted connection to the Lummi Nation fuels her commitment to supporting the success and well-being of her community.
